Payment Methods

 

Beautitude offers two payment methods: Credit Card and PayPal. Both payments options are securely processed via the PayPal checkout service. You do not require a PayPal account to use the Credit Card option.

If you are having difficulty checking out, please email our Customer Care team at  support@beautitude.ca for further assistance.

In the event that you suspect you have placed a duplicate order, please email Customer Care at  info@beautitude.ca immediately so that we can investigate the issue and have the duplicate order payment reversed before it is processed. Any duplicate orders that have been shipped before Beautitude has been notified will be refunded once the order has been returned to our Returns Address. 

All of our payments are securely processed using industry-grade SSL security. Your credit card number and PayPal login details are secured with them, so we never see or store your credit card details

Shipping and Delivery

The delivery date of your purchase depends on the shipping method you have chosen. Our shipping process and options that you may have with regard to shipment, including delivery method, carrier and estimated date of delivery or time for delivery, are described during the purchase process, but we reserve the right to use a substitute carrier for your purchase at any time, at our discretion

Returns and Exchanges

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, Beautitude does not offer exchanges when you return online purchases by mail.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.  

 

RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased from our Beautitude website can be returned directly by mail. Returns may be made within 30 days of receipt for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied.  Your return parcel must be post stamped within 30 days of you receiving the order. Refunds on online bought condition must be agreed on by staff and is at their discretion. Beautitude reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. Items with a gift receipt may be exchanged or refunded onto a gift card for the value of the item at time of purchase. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Beautitude will not be refunded.

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Beautitude. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your Beautitude account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from.

If this will be an issue for any reason, please be aware that you must contact our customer care team at support@beautitude.ca.  

All orders should be returned to the address below. Please note that the products are your responsibility until they are returned to Beautitude. Beautitude will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
